Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The size does not fit as expected.

For valid reasons (damaged, wrong item, or size issues), we provide free exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. For returns without these issues (e.g., change of mind), a 5% processing fee (to cover payment gateway charges) plus return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be canceled or returned directly on our website. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item following the process above. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest way to receive your preferred product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
